One Plate to Serve You and Feed the Homeless

Sales of these limited-edition dinner plates provide meals for the hungry in New York City.

If your Thanksgiving this year is an intimate dinner for two, why not pile the turkey and stuffing on a couple of striking plates? Or buy just one for the pie or to give this holiday season? Each 10 ½-inch porcelain plate sold benefits the Coalition for the Homeless, which can provide a meal for 75 people. There are 50 designs in editions of 175 plates, each by artists like Cecily Brown, Yoshitomo Nara, Adam Pendleton, Carmen Herrera, Julie Curtiss and Wade Guyton.
